Frank A. Sakelaris
Frank Sakelaris has over twenty years of experience in successful Real Estate and business activities.
Frank has been involved with the operations of over 50 properties encompassing 17 million SF. He has worked on office, retail, industrial, and multi-unit residential properties. His experience covers management, leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions. He has negotiated over 300 commercial leases (7 million SF) and over 100 residential leases. He has also played a major role with the purchase or sale of several properties ($90,000,000). Frank has worked on several redevelopment projects, and has served as a court appointed receiver for nine properties in Cook and DuPage Counties in the state of Illinois.
His employment experience includes working for CenterPoint Properties as Vice President/Regional Manager. Frank has also worked for the John Buck Company and several other Real Estate firms. Frank started his Real Estate career with The Chicago Tribune where he was involved with the renovation and the leasing of the Tribune Tower.
Frank Sakelaris has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago, and a BS from Indiana University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, a CPA, and a CCIM. Memberships include NAIOP, BOMA, CREO, REIA, American Institute of CPA’s and the Illinois CPA Society.
